Privacy Policy

Voluntold is a volunteer shift coordination tool. To use it, we collect your name and email address. If you sign up with Google, we receive those details from Google instead of directly from you.

We use your name and email to create your account, show you the shifts you're signed up for, and send you emails about those shifts — confirmations, reminders, invitations from other volunteers. That's it.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except to deliver email (we use Amazon SES as our mail provider). We don't run ads. We don't track you across the web.

We store your data on servers in the United States. We keep it for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and data deleted, email us at support@voluntold.fyi and we'll take care of it.

We may update this policy occasionally. If anything meaningful changes, we'll note it at the top of this page.
