Carnival
Get ready for a fun evening at the Annual Sherman Carnival! Please see the variety of volunteer roles below. The PTSA greatly appreciates your help.
Roles & Shifts
We need extra folding tables, pop tents, and stuffed animals to give out as prizes at the Carnival! Please drop everything off by 9am the morning of the event in the parent room (it's in the office at Sherman - walk past the front desk and turn left, it's at the end of the hall). - Please wash and bag (plastic garbage bag) stuffed animals before dropping them off - not more than 10 per bag, please! -For Folding tables and Pop-up tents, please label all pieces with your name.
Work with the organizers to help set up all the tents and tables, clean up afterwards.
Run a booth or table during the event. Sign up with a friend so you can take turns running the booth and step away to enjoy the event! There will be detailed instructions and templates for face painting - limited artistic skill required, but of course it's always welcome!
